Teacher teaching performance, students’ learning motivation and academic achievement

چکیده

Academic achievement has become a phenomenon of interest to all, which explains why scientists have worked all out disentangle the elements that impede student academic success. Despite plethora causal factors determining success, this study focuses on revealing how teacher teaching performance and learning motivation affect in Indonesian language subjects among state junior high school students. Two survey questionnaires record were used collect data from total 345 students, conveniently drawn students enrolled at schools Merauke Regency, Indonesia. Obtained subjected statistical analysis using simple linear regression by utilising Statistical Package for Social Sciences software version 21. The results showed impact significantly positively Teachers are crucial they teach play more dominating role motivating children who risk failure. failure and/or performing below their potential.
